The Monaco Yacht Show returns to Port Hercule from September 23 to 26, 2026, filling the harbour with an in-water display of around 120 superyachts. The fleet on show has an average length of roughly 50 metres, with several megayachts exceeding 100 metres anchored alongside the quay, and organisers expect around forty new launches making their debut across the four days.
More than 560 exhibitors take part, spanning designers, naval architects, builders, equipment suppliers, brokers and other specialists in luxury yachting, alongside around sixty tenders on display near the main fleet. The show has grown into one of the industry's central meeting points, where builders unveil their newest work and brokers connect the vessels with the people who will charter or buy them.
This year's programme includes a section the organisers call Blue Wake, dedicated to reducing yachting's environmental footprint. Exhibits there focus on next generation propulsion systems and sustainably sourced materials for refits, reflecting a wider push across the sector to address the fuel consumption and emissions that come with running vessels of this size.
For a principality whose harbour is a working part of daily life rather than a backdrop, the show is also a civic event. Port Hercule closes to its usual traffic for the setup, and the promenade along the harbour becomes the busiest pedestrian stretch in Monaco for the better part of a week, with locals and visitors alike walking the quay to see what has arrived.
